It was our first time visiting the Fish Factory and I have to say, it was one of the best restaurant experiences we have ever had around Sussex. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the food was some of the greatest we have had. The atmosphere was lovely and everyone was having a great time on their tables. Would highly recommend the Camembert & the fish & chips. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a great evening :)
Visited yesterday. From the welcome to service to food to the whole experience it was 5 star no less. We had my hubby in an electric wheelchair and they helped us accommodate him so nicely which believe me does not happen everywhere. A wonderful experience for me and my family. We will be returning very soon. Thank you.
The last time I was here was in 2023... for some reason Google doesn’t allow a new review just updates. Anyway I think the restaurant has changed hands recently but the quality of the food was just as good. Had the calamari, fish & chips, fish pie. All tasty and very good value. Could have done with an extra staff member as the poor waiter was running around but all in all just as good as last time (2023) Lovely restaurant with nice staff. Sitting outside in the sun was great even if on a busy road. Calamari was some of the nicest I’ve had in a long time. Dressed crab was fresh & salad accompaniment was lovely. Fish tacos were a big portion & all chips were homemade. 2starts 2 mains and a bottle of wine for just under 70. Excellent
Finally found gf fish and chips with proper crunchy batter you couldn't tell the difference! Beautiful hand cut chips and mushy peas. My daughter had fish goujons and ice cream- excellent value. Was a bit dead for a Friday night which was the only dissapointment.
We’ve been coming back to this place for years and didn’t realise it had recently changed hands because the food was as superb as always. This is a down to earth neighbourhood gem serving great value, amazing fresh seafood.
First time under a new owner. Food was fantastic and fairly priced, staff very friendly and helpful. Bread and butter with fresh water in a jug on the table. They are still working on refitting the interior and exterior.
I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting worthing ... very tasty and well done seafood ... we tried the lobsters which were very delicious and tender and the fish pie which was very nice as well... service is superb... Atmosphere is warm and cosy ... very suitable for dates, birthdays or even fast lunch if you are a tourist ... I will definitely come back again
Great lunch experience,visited with our family for a birthday lunch. Fish pie x2 and cod and chips enjoyed by all very tasty, great service and complementary bread and taramasalata while we waited, decent wine and all in all really enjoyed our lunch! We will return.
